Hmmm, I'm supposed to collate the results last week. But yeah, due to foreseen circumstances, I can only do it now. Nevertheless, it's better late than never.

Well, we can see clearly from the poll that Saturday, 14 March is the gathering. (No, I'm not gonna screenshot and then crop the poll and post it here. You people can just scroll down. I bet that requires less energy than me having to do all that.)

Exercising is good. You people can go burn your fats before indulging in the good food from Sakae. (Be it basketball, soccer, playing catching, captain's ball or even walking around the court for people who have no interest in those mentioned).

Venue: Basketball courts at Anchorvale CC, followed by buffet at Sakae Sushi Compass Point.
Date: 14 March, THIS SATURDAY. (the day after tomorrow)
Time: 1pm - 2.30pm (basketball), 3pm - 6pm (buffet).

Next, I'm not free on Saturday but since majority choose that day, I think we'll just have to go with it. So yeah, have fun.

YAY, Class Gathering is set. Or maybe just gathering, not EVERYONE can make it.
I suggest the event to be held in the morning, because our parents will get worried if we're home too late, morning weather is nicer, and we have more energy. Most importantly, I've got something on in the afternoon. Actually you guys can still continue to play w/o me, LOL.

DATE: 15 December, Monday
VENUE: Pasir Ris Park
ACTIVITIES: Picnic, Cycling, Building sandcastles, Frolick in the water, Play at the playground, Suntan and whatever you can think of. (I'm not sure if there's a basketball court).

Please bring some food, chips, drinks or fruits. Share your love, so dont bring too little.

ANYWAY. For those people who've got no idea how the hell to go there. Meet at Compass Point 7-11, 9am. The smart one will bring you there. Well, those who want to go yourself, meet at Pasir Ris Park at 10am. Good Luck in finding the pavilion that we're at.

Next, I'm not doing the e-mailing job. Any kind souls wanna volunteer? Or just spread to the people around you, by e-mail/phone/sms/msn. Whatever you want. For those who didnt get the message, too bad for them.

Hello all, Grace here again.

I just found a perfect way to let us gather together and have fun next year (you shall know my motive soon). My school is have a food and fun fair next year, called FIESTA 2008 to raise money for our PRIME that will take place between 2009 - 2010.

This food and fun fair will take place on Saturday, 29 March 2008 (Please note it's next year). Apparently, there will be rides in my school. My Vice-Principal said so, so hopefully you guys can try to come. :D

Anyway, I suddenly think that no one might want to come. Because it will take place inside my school (aka CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School - I just love typing it out. Loooooong!) which will cause whoever who wants to come 2 hours of your precious time to travel. Buutt, it's worth it, isn't it? Just to see your beloved Grace of 6A that you've haven't seen for 13347923874923847 hours!

Blah. Everybody's studying for EOYs. JIAYOUS FOR EOYS!!

Anyway, I think we are quite lucky cos Mr Chia worked in NCPS for 6 years, instead of 4. Like the presidential crap, every principal work for 2 terms (a term is 2 years). Because NCPS was a new school, Mr Chia could stay for another term. So we are quite lucky that we had him for a principal for the whole of our primary school life, aint we? Although I only enjoyed 5 years cos I was a transfer student, but nevermind.

And urms, I have a suggestion.
We can go and find him one day as a class or as a group. Then we can chat with him or something like that. A present could be optional cos I think he wouldn't mind it at all. but of course, we got to keep quiet or something like that. Our school is getting quite annoyed by our noise, that's why they are barring us like some criminals. =.=

But anyway, just study for EOYs first kay? Class gathering and everything, let's settle it after EOYs!!

Ello 6A twerps, this is very saddening news. But well, you'll have to accept it.

THERE'LL BE NO TEACHER'S DAY CELEBRATION

We would not be able to visit the school as this is the schedule for the studying twerps of NCPS. All this information is from my sister so well, I think it's reliable and I think it makes sense since this is what happened last year too.

For the people studying in the morning, school would end at 9am++. So what for? They go there to celebrate teacher's day.
The afternoon session would start school at about 10 or 9 and school would end 1 or 2 hours later

THEN, ALL THE TEACHERS WOULD GO TO A HOTEL SOMEWHERE ON THE SMALL LITTLE EARTH OF SINGAPORE TO CELEBRATE TEACHER'S DAY

JUST SO GREAT

And yeah? By the time you rush to NCPS, what time would it be?
And the teachers would all vanish into air.

hahas. I still love the number 8. I don't like 5, which is my current register number. It's NOT NICE. the number 8 is cute. Two round donuts together, and you have number 8! And I love donuts. Number 8 also reminds me of a snowman, which Mr Ren once showed us a video 雪人 animation whereby the snowman melted himself in order to put out the fire to save his loved ones. number 8 let's me recall how lucky and happy I was during NC and 6A. Number 8 makes me feel round and blissful.

In conclusion, number 8 makes me feel complete

I just happened to meet Grace and Zhan today in compass. That was just pure luck. Hahas. Talked about lots of stuff and everything. >.<

Then when I was walking towards home from compass, I just thought about 6A. It just smashed through my head and i felt

nostalgic.

Yepp, that's the word. So I decided to write how I felt. And this time it's the English version. =DD Meng's one is the Chinese version..... ^^ I'm not copying her. It's just whatever I felt. And this feeling's kinda of old but when you keep reminiscing the times, the feeling's there. It's just a kinda of missing feeling...

All the times we had, all the memories we shared, we were once together, now separated. We claimed to live as one heart, to be united as one, but hectic schedules, personal devotions, made it almost impossible to fulfill the once unspoken patch between the many of us. Class gatherings were little, opportunities were less, but yet, the joy and happiness we felt were immense. We have yet to find another friend, another class, another school to replace the school that was once our second home and would always be.

The vibrant sun, shining down on us when we played basketball, the air-piercing laughter which we missed, the refilling of water bottles every lessons, the bullying of boys, the winning of champions for the basketball inter-class matches, the honour we got for winning another gold award for the skit were many of the unforgettable pleasnat memories

It was merely a period of 2 years, yet our relationship was so deep. We did not see each others as best friends, but we knew that no matter what, each and every one of us in the class had a placing. No matter high or low, they were there.

The times when we were hollered at, the moments when our school life was at its ups and downs, the times when we were despised, the moments when we were beaten, all these little details, added sparks to our once-boring-and-dull school life.

Making fun of the boys, spreading rumours of one another, shouting at the top of the lungs with the shrilling voice, laughing like a wicked woman, copying homework from each other; these have unknowingly became a part and parcel of our life.

Have you ever felt empty when you reached the doors of your new primary school? Have you felt that despite the laughter and friendship you feel around you, you are lonely and small?

Friends we may have now, classmates we may have, schoolmates we may like, the school we may begin to find comfort in, but all this.... can it replace the feeling of home?

Our CCAs were fun in the past. It wasn't a need to have one, it was devotion, interest, passion, enthusiasm; not a job, a necessity, a demand or a chore. We marveled at the thought of staying back to play basketball or supplementary lessons because those were times we could spend treasured time together. We looked forward to school everyday because that's where we belonged. A place where we felt wanted and loved.

It's not that our secondary schools aren't good. But everything seems so different.
Our responsibilities pinned us down, our CCAs became a must, our stay-backs were inevitable--we had to, our school lessons were always the same: school was a routine. It wasn't excitement.

Reminiscences are good because you recall collectively about the past and would start appreciating what you had, have and would have. However, when we start appreciating, we should start learning how to forgo, forgive and forget.

So what if the memories we hold are of great value? So what??

We have to look forward to life and start accepting people.

But you know what's called difficult?
But as long as we tried, it's alright.

Yeah, and I decided not to brood over my past and my present, but think about my future. I gonna jiayous!!

OMGosh, the class blog is dead. wahaha. I shall be the first to break the silence. Here's a letter for y'all. It can be found on my blog too. ^^

还记得，我们是怎样一起为 Ms Wong 送行。那种坚固的师生情，是不会被时间抹去的。还记得，我们是怎么对 Mr Quek 表示不满。在课室里吃零食，联合起来针对他。还记得，我们怎么因此得到全校老师们的排斥，校长还来到我们班说些 “大道理”。

那段日子是多么得艰难，辛酸，但我们却一起走了过来。种种事件使我们更齐心，更团结。我们曾一起在休息时间玩耍，曾一起在体育课时打篮球，曾一起庆祝小六会考的结束，曾一起在比赛中获得冠军。这些回忆永远都不会从我的脑海中抹去，你们可能把它们都忘记吗？

不过，天下没有不散的筵席。历经了这么多风风雨雨，我们还是要被时间残忍地分开。一切从毕业那天就改变了。我们不再属于南侨小学的 6A 班，而是属于我们各个选择的中学。有时候，真的好想念小学的生活，好想念 6A, 好想念一起度过的光阴。小时候，常常听说小孩不想长大的故事。那时候，我弄不懂，为什么不想长大？长大后不好吗？一直到现在，我才能够理解那样的心情，是多么无奈，多么心酸。

你们知道吗，一向开开心心的我，也有自己的烦恼。篮球比赛开始了，训练越来越多。钢琴考试在七月十号，学校考试要到了，再加上法语，实在把我压得喘不过气来。脑子里只循环着一个问题--为什么？

我想了好久好久，终于得到了结论。事情到了这种地步，我也只能走下去。让我妈去北京，是我的选择。要来到南洋，是我的选择。参加篮球队，继续学钢琴，修读法语，住进宿舍，统统都是我的选择。我既然选择了这条路，就一定一定要走下去。

这些道理我都懂，到我却没有那么伟大。我没有把握一直拥有那种积极的态度，没有勇气去面对来临的压力，更加不能控制我所害的 “相思病”。

我们都选择了不一样的路，不过我希望这些都是你们自己想要拥有的。不要为了别人二勉强自己，要为自己而活。人生这么得短暂，不也就是如此吗？

Anyway, it's most likely on 22/6, a Friday evening. If it is not possible, I will think of other days. Confirm not 23/6 - 24/6 because I believe you guys need to have enough sleep before school reopens.

Now, my biggest concern is actually the weather. Singapore is so unpredictable. It may rain. The eating area is sheltered but unfortunately, has no light. The BBQ area is not sheltered. And also, I don't think I can invite EVERYONE because 42 is a HUGE number. + I still need to invite 2-3 more people from 6B because they live here (Amelia and Zanelle). But I think they'll feel awkward too. Since everyone is from 6A.

Or maybe we can really have the class gathering in the afternoon then people who can stay will stay to have the BBQ?

Sorry if this post makes me sound like a super proud person but unfortunately, I am not trying to be.

As suggested by some, we would be going to Punggol Park. Then, I told my mum about the plans which she suggested that we could combine the class gathering and have my (muahaha, very first) birthday party.

It's in the evening sort of thing though. There is a BBQ. I am not sure about the other details. But I just want to know whether you guys want to have a plain class gathering or without my mum's suggestion?
